Can I get my money back?
Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available.Â
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 2-3 business days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit will be issued via special discount code adding up to the amount of your total order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once its delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it immediately.
