Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have shipped your package you will then receive another email with the tracking information. Please note shipping takes 5-7 business days.
We deliver via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We only allow approved returns. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
USPS, UPS and FEDEX all have customer service numbers that come with the tracking number. If you have trouble with a package please locate their customer service number. Please note: Once the package status says delivered, we are not responsible.
International shipping depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to products being made per order, it is a lot of time and money spent to make each order. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer credits for any reason. All signature logo jackets are true to size. All polyester clothing are made a little smaller (we suggest ordering a size up if you have larger arms and chest) Please email us with any questions prior to making a purchase.
