Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have shipped your package you will then receive another email with the tracking information. Please note shipping takes 5-7 business days.
We deliver via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
If you need to return an item please send us an email. And you will get an email telling you where to send the package.
USPS, UPS and FEDEX all have customer service numbers that come with the tracking number. If you have trouble with a package please locate their customer service number. Please note: Once the package status says delivered, we are not responsible.
International shipping depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
No refunds after 14 days! You are allowed to exchange for something of the same value as long as it is in new condition, however it must be in the 14 day timeframe. There are no refunds on swimwear! Refunds will be available back into your account in 2-5 business days depending on your bank. 4 business day processing time. There are NO refunds on preorders.
